1. Scope of Services

Kwakha Labs provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Engineering: Custom web and mobile application development.

  • Design: Strategic UI/UX and graphic design services.

  • Marketing: Strategic digital marketing and data-driven growth insights.

  • Infrastructure: Managed hosting, domain administration, and email services.

2. Project Engagement & Strategy

All projects follow our structured roadmap, beginning with a discovery phase to define technical requirements and strategic guidance. We provide expert technological guidance to transform your ideas into high-performance digital products.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and project completion, ownership of the bespoke digital products, including custom code and design assets, is transferred to the client. Kwakha Labs retains the right to display the work within our portfolio of "Digital Craftsmanship" and innovation.

4. Hosting & Maintenance

For clients utilizing our managed hosting services, we strive for 99.9% uptime. While we implement robust security protocols, Kwakha Labs is not liable for third-party service interruptions or external security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

5. International Operations

Although headquartered in Zimbabwe, Kwakha Labs operates under international service standards. By engaging our services, international clients acknowledge that project delivery and communication will be conducted via cloud-based collaboration tools regardless of geographical location.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kwakha Labs provides strategic guidance and technical builds with precision. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue targets, as digital performance is subject to market variables and third-party platform changes.
